- add 1 cup of uncooked rice and all the chicken broth , now bring it to a rolling boil and stir again.
- once its boiling good turn temperature down to low and cover.
- after 30 minutes uncover, stir and serve.
- its important here to NOT open the lid for at least 30 minutes, as it will stop the steaming and rice will not cook through.
