- When the cauliflower is cooked pour in egg mixture.
- As it starts to set move the sides with a spatula so the top can run Down and cook.
- When its cooked enough the top will be a little moist still sprinkle with cheese and put in broiler for 1-3 minutes.
- After done add the tomatoes on top let set (I didn't that's y mine is messy) using a pie server serve in pie shaped slices and enjoy!.
