- Mix in cabbage well and chill..
- When ready to serve, pile chicken on bread, add avacados and lettuce and spread mayo lightly on Ciabatta bread. Toasted or un-toasted..
- Serve with chilled Cole Slaw and a dill pickle spear to the side..
