Next add in your potatoes, carrots, cabbage, bay leaves and thyme, close the lid and set on pressure cook for 3 minutes.
When that is done serve together with the brisket and ENJOY 😊😋.
Don't forget to cut against the grain !!.

Check the cabbage to see if it is tender. You shouldn't undercook it and it's hard to overcook it. Serve the corned beef next to the cabbage…and dig in! Variations: Serve with a dish of grainy mustard. Shred the corned beef with two forks if you prefer that consistency!
