Ingredients of Veggie Wraps
- You need 1 of Zucchini.
- You need 3 of Mushrooms.
- It's 1/2 of Red Pepper.
- You need 1/2 of Red Onion.
- It's 2 slice of of Colby Jack cheese.
- Prepare 2 of Spinach Wraps.
Veggie Wraps instructions
- Heat Wraps on both sides for easy rolling.
- Slice all veggies.
- Sautee veggies (I cooked zucchini by itself) then onions, red peppers & mushrooms together.
- Spread a little mayo (optional) & place cheese down.
