- Churn chickpeas, green chillies,ginger and fresh coriander to a smooth paste without adding water..
- Add spices to this paste and make balls out of it.if the batter is loose,we can add besan.
- After deep frying in oil.
- Boil,blanch and make spinach puree.
- Knead atta dough with oil,salt,roasted cumin powder,red chilli powder(optional).
- Atta after kneading.
- Make normal rotis out of it.
- For filling,firstly spread green chutney on roti,then chickpea balls in a roti.then some thinly sliced onion capsicums followed by mayonnaise and chaat masala on top of it.
- We will seal each roti with grated cheese and saute with the help of butter from all sides.
