Ingredients of Bhapa Sandesh
- It's 1/2 litre of milk.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Vinegar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of powder sugar.
- It's 1 tbsp of milk at room temperature.
- It's 1 of green Cardamom.
- It's 2 tsp of Rose water.
- It's As needed of dry fruits.
- You need 1 tsp of ghee.
Bhapa Sandesh instructions
- Make chana by adding vinegar to boiling milk and then strain it and keep aside. Drain the water completely..
- Now add the chana, sugar, cardamom, milk and rose water yo the mixer grinder and blend it into a smooth paste..
- Grease a steel container which has a lid with ghee and pour the chana mixture..
- Top it with chopped dry fruits. And cover it tightly with the lid..
- Place it on a stand inside the cooker with some water..
- Steam for 20minutes on low flame without the wistle on it..
- Do a toothpick check and once it is clean allow it to cool and then keep it in the fridge for about 3-4hrs..
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!.
