Ingredients of Misti Goja
- Prepare 2 cups of refined flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
- You need 2 tablespoons of ghee.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of green cardamom seeds.

- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of refined oil for frying.
Misti Goja instructions
- Mix sugar with 1/2 cup of water..
- Cook to make one string sugar syrup.Keep it aside..
- Sift the flour and baking powder,add ghee,cardamom seeds,salt and mix.Bring some flour mix into your palm and try to bind it together,if it binds together like a dough then it's ready.Now add water partly and make a tight dough.Cover it and rest the dough for 10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes,again knead the dough.Flat the dough and cut it in four pieces with a knife.Keep the parts 1 on another with all the 4. Press this and flat this together.Repeat this process for 3 to 4 times..
- Now again knead the dough and roll it in a thick rectangular shape.Cut it into the shape of goja..
- Keep the gojas in a vessel and set aside..
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the gojas till brown and crisp..
- Remove the fried goja with a spoon and set aside..
- Dip the fried gojas in sugar syrup..
- Coat rapidly and keep aside for 3-4 hours..
- After 4 hours take them in a plate..
- Misti Goja is ready to serve now..
