9. Transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool down for 5 minutes. Don't wait for it to come to room temperature as it will harden and it works be difficult to give shape to it..
10. Take the mould and grease it with ghee, give shape to the sondesh with the help of mould..
11. Serve warm or cold..
