- It's 250 gm of Ilish fish/Hilsa ilisha.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Black and yellow mustared paste.
- It's 1 tbsp of Poppy seeds/khus khus paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Green chilli paste.
- You need 4-5 tbsp of Mutared oil.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Yogurt.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Kalonji.

- Marinated the fish with salt and termeric powder for 10 min..
- Heat oil in a pan add kalonji and some green chilli and satue..
- Add yogurt and satue. Add fish and satue 3-4 min..
- Then add muterad paste,khus khus paste and green chilli paste..
- Add little bit of water for gravy and add salt and termeric..
- Cover and cook it 3-4 min. serve with boiled rice..
