- You need 1 cup of Curds.
- You need of Green Chillies as required.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Vegetable Oil.

- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds. Fry till crackling..
- Now add the chopped greens, green chilli and salt. Cover it with a lid and cook over low flame for 2 minutes..
- Take it into a bowl. Let it come to room temperature..
- Now take a cup of curds and stir it well. Add this to the cooked greens. Mix well..
